Ask them what your audience is most interested in.

Ask them what topics make people very passionate.

Ask them what are the biggest problems your audience faces. 

Ask them about any interesting stories/experiences/people they know of. These would make great community participants. 

Now initiate discussions based upon the above in the community. Create content about the above. Use polls and ceate guides based upon the above. They don’t need to be complicated.

The best part, now ask the customer service and sales teams to invite their favourite/best customers/clients to join and participate in teh community. Invite them to interview their top contacts for great community content.
