community identification.
If you restrict what members can say in the community, it hurts. Members
identify less with the community. Identification with the community is an
antecedent of purchase behaviour.
Therefore, by restricting what members can say in the community,
you’re directly reducing the value of the community.
This is an important argument for community professionals to make.
