Since our creation, we have continued to bring community expertise to different countries, different sectors, and through a wide variety of products and services. As we expand, we’re looking to add new staff members to our growing team. We’re currently looking for the following:

1) Community Manager. We’re currently looking to hire a community manager to run our CommunityGeek site. if you would like more information, click here.

2) Knowledge Management Experts. We’re looking to hire people who can consult on knowledge management within organizations and create high-quality material to support our audience. We’re especially keen on people who have developed internal communities for large organizations.

3) Social scientists (or those with an a background in social sciences). Our approach brings proven social science into community development. We’re looking for people that can write useful material for community professionals, undertake research into this field, and provide consultancy. For this role, you must have a considerable background in social sciences and academia.

4) Junior Consultants. We’re also looking to hire a junior consultant to provide a variety of support to both our senior consultants and training material. Experience is useful, but not essential – we provide our own training. You need to be fantastic at getting things done here.
