- Saas model with full DTAP capability
- Complete and powerful out of the box. No need for a tech resource to get started.
- Low TCO. Lean operation.
- Developer friendly which really unleashes powerful additional capabilities.
- Responsive company and community
- The platform has some Editor (TinyMCE) quirks. They are small. I can live with them but sometimes you need to explain a user how it works. Should be more intuitive.
- Shame it has no basic Case Management capability for Support handling.
- Integration with Slack and MS Teams is not yet available allowing notifications in Communication tools. It is planned.
- Calendar application is missing common features, such as recurring events
- Somwhat steep learning curve for developers
