- Easy to use out of the box widgets
- Supports all content types
- Easy to join, navigate and use
- Allows members to help with content clean up (mark outdated, mark correct, etc)
- Nicely designed, to be used with very little custom work (unless you want something specific)
- No "most recent activity" widget
- The idea functionality isn't fully developed - you can vote, but there's no real way to set statuses or pull thorough reports for product management.
- No widgets for ideas based on status.
- You CAN do almost anything design-wise, but requires quite a bit of HTML custom work.
- No query tool - only built in reports and massive exports.
