Excelling at driving community activity due to the well rounded UX, which tones down the 'nerd-factor' of forums, Insided makes your community very accessible for the average Joe.

  • Insided as a vendor doesn't just provide a Saas platform, but really guides you through the entire community strategy in a very hands-on kind of way. Very valuable, especially for companies who are taking their first steps in the community landscape.
  • The platform offers a great back-end system for moderators, but also possible to integrate with most large CRM systems.
  • After playing 'catch-up' for a number of years, the platform now offers all the capabilities competitors do and they are moving to the forefront of community innovation.
