So what's the solution for bloggers/content creators who also want to develop thriving communities? Any tips besides responding to comments?


I totally agree with your article, companies don't take social media seriously enough. This is the only platform by which they have direct contact with their audience and beyond. I think hiring a content manager should be the first appointment in any successful business. Responding quickly and effectively to comments or posts is vital for social success.
