Fan-freakin'-tastic! What a valuable list.

What I would add -- and this is important -- is that #7 on the list, "Participate," should be systematized, with its own checklist that is always evolving and improving.

There are a lot (A LOT!) of moving-parts to online engagement, and without systems, it's too easy to lose consistency or to let items fall through cracks.
