We know some of you are considering The Pillar Summit course, so we’ve decided to give you an opportunity to try it out.
Next week we will be condensing two weeks of Pillar Summit material into one super-intensive engagement masterclass.
During this week you will learn how to engage new users, eliminate participation inequality and keep members highly involved in your community.
We aim to give you both a theoretical understanding and practical steps you can implement in your community right now.
Specifically, we will tackle:
- How to increase the number of newcomers that become active members
- The best sources of community growth
- Measuring and increase engagement.
- Initiating and sustaining discussions.
- Conflict resolution techniques
The masterclass includes:
- The full PDF lesson to help you convert newcomers into regulars.
- Live & recorded webinar on the same topic with Q&A
- Guest speaker
- The full PDF lesson on successful community moderation.
- Live & recorded webinar on the same topic with Q&A
- Further reading material
- Open-clinic hours
- Assignments
It’s a LOT of value to pack in to a single week.
If you’re considering taking the course, we highly recommend you sign up.

We hope you get as much out of this as we do.

Hi Richard,
Would love to sign up to the masterclass, it is exactly what I need for work at the moment but I am strggling to sign up because the lore site goes straight to upgrading your internet explorere which we are restricted from doing on our work network - any work around which don't involve me trying to do this in the evenings at home while still pretending to be a functioning family member.

@Elli,
Is there any chance you can install Chrome Frame? http://www.google.com/chromeframe
It's a plug-in for IE that lets you run Chrome "inside" IE, but doesn't require admin privileges to install it. That way, you get the features of "modern" websites without upgrading IE.
