Identifying archetypes and motivations may help to shape the program.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nina Wilkinson \u2013 Mobilize<\/p>\n<p><\/div><br \/>\n<\/aside><\/p>\n<p><article class=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Program documentation falls into two distinct categories:<\/p>\n<h3>INTERNAL DOCUMENTATION<\/h3>\n<p>Documentation for program members to ensure that they know: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"simple\">\n<li>What the role entails<\/li>\n<li>How to carry out the required tasks<\/li>\n<li>How much time they are expected to commit<\/li>\n<li>What rules and guidelines they need to follow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>EXTERNAL DOCUMENTATION<\/h3>\n<p>Publicly available information about the program outlining: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"simple\">\n<li>What the program entails<\/li>\n<li>Incentives and how they are earned<\/li>\n<li>Who should apply<\/li>\n<li>How to apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both are important for the successful running of the program. If you have limited resources, make internal documentation your priority.
