You should apply the same methodology that you would when defining your overarching strategy.<\/h3>\n<p>Many programs evolve naturally and have little structure and few guidelines to begin with. If your program has grown organically and is meeting all objectives, be realistic about how much structure you introduce, and how quickly. Structure is important for survival and performance but will probably mean that you suffer a degree of attrition as members make a decision around whether they want to make a more formal commitment.
