This includes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lithium.com\/pdfs\/whitepapers\/Forrester-ROI-Online-Support-Communities_s3NR5PeZ.pdf\">this article with Forrester<\/a> which outlined a lot of the costs we used this project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Matthew Lees <\/strong>from <strong>Oracle <\/strong>who made <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oracle.com\/us\/media1\/bp-meas-roi-online-com-wp-1588494.pdf\">this terrific contribution<\/a> which we used to help identify several possible types of ROI.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rachel Happe <\/strong>and the team from the <strong>Community Roundtable <\/strong>who tackle the <a href=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/thecr\/SOCM_2016.pdf\">same problem from different angles<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The author of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.callcentrehelper.com\/the-top-10-most-important-contact-centre-metrics-30432.htm\">this article<\/a> from <strong>Call Center Helper <\/strong>which helped establish and refine our approach to measuring the ROI of customer service communities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maia Josebachvili <\/strong>from <strong>Greenhouse <\/strong>for helping people to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/how-understand-roi-investing-people-maia-josebachvili\">understand the ROI of investing in people<\/a> which helped refine our time-to-full-productivity metrics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>David Millen<\/strong>, <strong>Michael Fontaine<\/strong>, and <strong>Michael Muller <\/strong>for <a href=\"http:\/\/citeseerx.ist.psu.edu\/viewdoc\/download?doi=10.1.1.91.6664&amp;rep=rep1&amp;type=pdf\">this 2002 article on measuring the costs of a community of practice<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To the many 11 other individuals who provided background material on this guide but requested we did not directly name them. You know who you are.<\/p>\n<p>And to those whose opinions we might disagree with.
