    • Easy to use content types
    • Predesigned statuses to show content status
    • Voting capabilities on ideas
    • Smart WYSIWYG Editor
    • Great Search Functionality
    • The predesigned statuses don't always meet your needs

Star Rating Great Platform for Customer Service & Ideation

As a disclaimer, I used Sprinklr when it was GetSatisfaction, so some functionality may have changed in the last couple years.

This platform is top notch for Q&A and ideation. It's basic - you can have a question, a problem, or an idea. All of these content types have predesigned statuses (answered, solved, etc).

The backend is a huge selling point for community managers. It easily lets you assign topics to certain employees and the analytic query tool is outstanding.

Star Rating Great for gathering feedback and providing light support; restricted in too many ways

Get Sat is a great platform if your primary needs are providing light support (questions and answers that require no sharing of attachments or sharing of code) and gathering product feedback. We tried to make it work because it's pretty easy to use and the Manage dashboard is great. However, there were too many cons to continue investing in it, especially when they raised the price without introducing new features.

    • Easy to roll out—not much configuration needed.
    • The Manage interface for moderation is great.
    • The ability to export conversations based on a WYSIWYG filter is aces.
    • They include Feverbee training with initial purchase, which is helpful for new community managers.
    • Slow to roll out new features.
    • Slow to fix bugs.
    • Does not allow sharing of files–says to use Box as a workaround, but for companies supporting Enterprise customers, that often doesn't work as 3rd party filesharing apps are frequently blocked by IT departments.
    • The rich text editor is terrible, with many acknowledged issues that go unfixed.
    • After purchase by Sprinklr, they seemed to stop updating the app and I never heard from my CSM.
