As I said before, you can kick out people that you don't think are right for the community.
Don't be shy about doing it.
You don't have to tolerate the gradual degradation in quality or focus.
You can quickly remove the members that aren't a good fit.
It sounds harsh, but it's best for the community.



It is good to do so. But keep a list and note on the reason. If you get a complaint later, your staff will know why this action was taken.

I'm in Israel right now, and for some of the trip I'm meeting with some fantastic startups, venture capitalists, and other connectors, doers, and thinkers here. I could be here all year and still not have time to meet everyone I'd want to in Tel Aviv alone.
