Absolutely! What's most frustrating about selling a crowdsourcing tool is the number of people who tell me: "Oh, we know what our customers want, they tell us all the time." They're letting the vocal minority control their company, and it'll only end badly.


Indeed, I totally agree with this. Whilst I take on board comments from the vocal few I am guided by the "actions" of the majority.
