Perfect example of what you've been trying to tell us all along, Rich. Or what people who 'get' social media have been saying: be a real human being.

It's funny how they think just because it is text, and it's public, it has to be like a document or a sales pitch.

I guess being personable and human-like with text is difficult for some people, especially if they hold an important position. "We must be careful about what we say in public."
