I agree that of course function should come first.. the only problem there comes with the fact that the clients' "wants" sometimes overtake their needs.. and convincing them otherwise can be a futile effort

Hi Richard,

Just read a Belgium usability post, and it states that 1% of your visitors are not looking for "news" so u can better remove a news section.

What do you think, are active community members interested in general news or are they participating in the community because they share the same interest e.g. "News"
