This morning, when you loaded your community up on your browser, what were you thinking?
1) How can I help members make this a better community today?
2) How can I get the community to help our business today?
I’m shocked by the number of people who think the latter. If you seriously treat the community as people you serve, rather than serve you, you’re almost certain to succeed.
